•Pick-Up Dates: December 23 or 24 only. Pick-up is not available on December 25.
•Pick-Up Location: Orders must be picked up at the selected location. Burnaby orders can only be picked up at Royal Oak. Jubilee pick-up is not available.
•Pick-Up Timing: Please pick up your cake on the date you selected during pre-order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes.

Q1. I can’t select a pickup location during checkout. What should I do?
Normally, after entering your email in checkout, you should be able to select the pickup location right away. However, in some cases, you might be directed to a different page for this step. This often happens when Apple Pay is enabled. Here’s how you can resolve this:
1. If you’re paying with Apple Pay:
• Fill in the required information on the checkout page (name, phone number, pickup date, and time).
• Tap the Apple Pay button.
• On the Apple Pay payment window, you’ll find an option to select the pickup location (Burnaby or Coquitlam) under the Method section.
2. If you’re not using Apple Pay:
• If the first page of checkout doesn’t show the usual email and pickup location selection, scroll to the very bottom of the page.
• You’ll see a More payment options button below the Apple Pay section.
• Click this button to return to the original checkout flow, where you can input your email and choose your pickup location in the correct order.

Thank you for considering our Christmas cakes! As these are specially made for the holiday season, we are unable to offer customizations like adding messages or adjusting for allergies. We kindly ask that you keep any dietary restrictions in mind when placing your order.

Yes, you can! We have three locations (Burnaby - Jubilee, Royal Oak, Coquitlam - Austin), and you can visit any of them to place your preorder. However, please kindly note that pickup is only available at the Royal Oak and Austin locations.
